Day 1 of #5DSD

Day 1 of the slimdown was a success! 

NOTES: My breakfast could have been a bit bigger, I was hungry less than an hour after eating it.

I feel in control, capable of completing this challenge and excited to see results. I love how clean I ate today. I am going to sleep satisfied with today's accomplishments and ready to do even more tomorrow!
