8am: slimdown smoothie + coffee w/ soy Milk
10am: banana
10:30am: black tea
12:30pm: pecan salad w/ homemade salad dressing, recipe here
2pm: vegan "caprese" salad w/ herbed tofu instead of boconcini cheese
3:30pm: kombucha in a fancy mug
5:30pm: under the sea (x3) + cowabunga (x1) + incline walk + long & lean
6:30pm: mixed greens w/ my awesome homemade dressing again + a veggie patty really funky coloured tomatoes
7pm: tea that i made w/ my cedron leaves and a squirt of lemon (as herbal as it gets)
CRAVINGS FOUGHT: sunflower seeds! maybe i didn't get enough salt in my diet? will add more to my diet tomorrow...
