Day 1 of #5DSD

Started on a Sunday because by Friday I might want to stray, also its a day that I'm going to need to be hot hot hot.

I had my MetaD before my workout, running on the treadmill. Breakfast was coffee with a banana. Slowly I got ready to go shopping for more 5DSD stuffs, and had an apricot beforehand. Ummmm, they were just on the counter. I totally thought it was a peach! Til I got to the store and saw the apricot sign by the thing I'd just eaten. Oooh.

When I got home, I had to try a veggie pattie in my salad! Yeee and it was good. So I had it again for dinner, but not before a snack (vegan caprese salad with seasoned tofu) which was amazinggg. Caprese salads used to be ma thing til I cut out cheese. I missed them and this will definitely be in my weekly chef ups.

For my PM workout I did Sandcastle workout twice and then Itty Bitty Abs thrice. Followed by foam roller!

Cravings fought: whole wheat rotini with pesto and black olives and basil and sundried tomatoes. Mmmm my mom made extra for me and I had to pretend it was the smell of my salad.

For the record: I'm not hungry. And, can I just say this?... I feel skinnier already! Believe it.

I'm going to prepare my meals for tomorrow now which may look a lot like today's! I'm excited that most of the Tone It Up team is joining me tomorrow ;)
