Marinating a good tofu can take hours. Sometimes I am just looking for the quickest tofu recipe to add to my salads or to eat on the go. My favourite for that is Soyarie, the one infused with herbs. Delish.
I cut it into triangles and put them on a lightly oiled baking sheet at 375deg for 10 minutes then flip once more. Perfection.
