hey week 4!

I'm hoping that my neck will recover ANY. DAY. NOW. So that NEXT week I can work my ass off, starting Sunday! Fingers crossed.

Sunday:
Hike + #7DSD Begins!
 Monday:
Bootycall: Walking on incline (only cuz I'm sure my neck will still be f'd)
PM Workout: Surfer Girl Workout
Tuesday:
Bootycall: Walking on incline 
PM Workout: HIIT on the treadmill + Bikini Booty
Wednesday:
Bootycall: Tone It Up workout released on Tuesday
PM Workout: Long & Lean Stretching + walk 1.5 miles
Thursday:
Bootycall: Interval running for 25 minutes
PM Workout: Bikini Sculpt
Friday:
Bootycall: Run
PM Workout: HIIT the Beach or Run + Summer Arms
Saturday: 
Long walk with girlfriend or a hike!

I guess I should actually start a bit closer to the 18th when I leave for Vegas but I was suckered in by the awesome Twitter support starting on the 6th.
