Arms Pyramid

Keeping accountable through journaling :) Hopefully it will help.

Dearrrrr journal,

Bootycall today was: treadmill warm up followed by ARMS PYRAMID!


The Tone It Up Arms Pyramid is amazing!

-          10 push up’s
-          20 tricep dips
-          30 curls
-          40 second plank hold
-          50 tummy tucks
-          40 second plank hold
-          30 curls
-          20 tricep dips
-          10 push up’s

I love all of the pyramids equally but decided that my arms needed it today. I want to be able to walk for Valentine’s Day.

I might not be able to lift a glass of wine but that’s what straws are for.
