Ingredients
- 1/2" ginger root
- 1 red beet, scrubbed
- 2 red apples
- 2 carrots
- 20 drops echinacea
- 1 clove of garlic (if you have nowhere to go)
Have this juice once per week during "regular season" and a few days in a row during "cold season" or when you feel you need it.
