Proactive Immunity Juice

You don't have to be feeling a cold coming on to protect your immune system.


Ingredients
  • 1/2" ginger root 
  • 1 red beet, scrubbed
  • 2 red apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 20 drops echinacea
  • 1 clove of garlic (if you have nowhere to go)
Method
Have this juice once per week during "regular season" and a few days in a row during "cold season" or when you feel you need it.
