Week 1, here we go! @TIU365 and I (@diimondsanddogs) are going to be going full force Bikini Series ROUND 2! We both have workout plan ADD so will be doing mostly TIU and adding in some other workouts where we want (hence the blank workout fields below). We love ourselves TIU but also some BBG/Alexa Jean/Emily Skye/Adrienne the Yogi and have a hard time committing to 100% one plan - so we're setting ourselves up for success and making it work for our wandering attentions!
