PM:Pilates

Thursday
AM: Yoga at home
PM: Run 5k and maybe skating

Friday
PM: Cardio Kickbox Class

Saturday
Muscle Mix Class w/ Gillian

Full Body Stretching w/ Tara Stiles


Yoga for Runners w/ Tara Stiles

Sunday
Snowshoe, skate or walk... ACTIVE REST!
