If you workout with your iPad and your Smartphone (I'm Android), then you need to have Dropbox. It will allow you to save files under categories, that can be viewed cross-platform (apple-android-windows-etc).
From your computer, you can organize and upload exercise/recipe/wellness/gym schedule files (I use PDF's, PNG's and JPG's) that you want to save. Then just pull it up on your phone at the gym or iPad in your living room. Bam.
I'm sure you've heard of it, but this is your kick in your beautiful booty to get on it. It will change your workouts.
