Rower + Stairmaster + Abs (c + s)
I went to an awesome vegan resto w/ my cousin and indulged in the cheesecake, oopsie daisy! Cheat Meal!

Thursday
Yoga + Arms + Seashell (y + s)
Ate Clean (e)

Friday
Stairclimber + Running + Yoga (c + y)
* Ran 2 miles because I didn't want to give up my Saturday planned Cheat Meal!
Ate clean (e) (except for a few spoons of white rice that the Thai resto gave me when my veggie soup was tooooo spicy and I almost died)

Saturday 
Hiked up through steep rocked climb (c + s)
Cheat Meal!

Sunday
REST
Ate Clean (e)

Cardio (c) = 5/5
Strength (s) = 4/3
Yoga (y) = 2/2
Ate Clean (e) = 4/5

I tried on my target jeans on Friday and they button up, but I've got some ways to go before I actually wear them out of the house (too uncomfortable!). I took a photo so that I can compare my progress, which I will be sharing with you. Also, down 2 pounds!

Since it's Monday, I've scheduled my cheat meals already... Saturday and Sunday! Boyfriend day and Canadian Thanksgiving :) When will yours be?
