October: Don't Sweat the Small Stuff! #hproject

I feel the need to start my #hproject with not sweating the small stuff because lately I really have.  I haven't always you know!

MY GUIDELINES FOR THIS MONTH
  • Meditate (5 minutes each morning and evening), thinking about what I am thankful for
  • Exercise regularly, this helps bust stress people!
  • Visit cuteoverload.com at the beginning, middle and end of each work day :)
  • When I feel myself getting worked up, pause! And remind myself _____________ is small!
KEEP IN MIND
  • I cannot change how people react nor their actions
  • Just thank God that I'm not like whoever is upsetting me (I got this one from my dad and always try to remember it!)
  • Try to learn something from the situation at hand, no matter how frustrating (even if it is just how NOT to handle a situation / act)
Be silly/play with my dogs/turn up the music/watch something funny if all else fails!
