MY GUIDELINES FOR THIS MONTH
- Meditate (5 minutes each morning and evening), thinking about what I am thankful for
- Exercise regularly, this helps bust stress people!
- Visit cuteoverload.com at the beginning, middle and end of each work day :)
- When I feel myself getting worked up, pause! And remind myself _____________ is small!
- I cannot change how people react nor their actions
- Just thank God that I'm not like whoever is upsetting me (I got this one from my dad and always try to remember it!)
- Try to learn something from the situation at hand, no matter how frustrating (even if it is just how NOT to handle a situation / act)
