workout schedule

Hmmm... I'm sitting here, trying to plan out my workout week. With a perhaps-fractured middle toe (really... how the f did I manage that?!), it's tough to even put on shoes!

Monday
AM: Beach Babe 'Summer Arms' + stretching neck + some variations of the clam
PM: I'm going to attempt cycling on my little indoor fella'

Tuesday
AM: Cycling attempt + stretching neck
PM: Core workout below w/o any plank work (poor medium toeeeee!)

Wednesday
AM: Cycling attempt + stretching neck
PM: Beach Babe 'Summer Arms' 
 +
my little booty routine! (20 2-legged squats, 15 1-legged squats on each leg, 20 clams on each side, 20 clam kicks on each side, 30 donkey kicks) REPEAT 3 TIMES!

Thursday
AM: Cycling hopefully + stretching neck
PM: Core workout (Sunkissed Abs video from above!)

Friday
AM: Cycling attempt + stretching neck
PM: Beach Babe 'Summer Arms' 
 +

Saturday
