workout plan for the week (3 weeks left)

Monday:
Bootycall: Bikini Booty + Summer arms
PM Workout: Long & Lean Stretching + Bikini Booty again
Tuesday:
HIIT the Beach 
Wednesday:
Bootycall: Tone It Up workout released on Tuesday
PM Workout: Long & Lean Stretching + walk 1.5 miles
Thursday:
Bootycall: Interval running for 25 minutes
PM Workout: Bikini Sculpt
Friday:
HIIT the Beach or Run!
Saturday: 
99 Routine w/ a girlfriend


Sunday:
Maybe another hike!
... That be it folks!

That's awesome! I've never heard of the 99 Routine. It looks pretty tough, but fun. As you know, Insanity is still kickin' my butt. I'm determined to finish one segment this week. Wish me luck! LOL

It's so awesome, my friend said its like Crossfit, which she goes to. I swear, it gets easier as you go along. Leaves you feelin like a champ!
