Young on Raw Food

Today, I'm actually taking a rest day in terms of workouts. Yesterday's CN Tower stair climb for WWF proved to be ridiculously challenging. On top of playing Just Dance on Wii. Ya.

Today, I went downtown to eat at Fresh, my favourite vegan restaurant downtown Toronto. I'm often whipping up recipes, dressings and juices from one of their 2 cookbooks that I own. They're good shit. They stopped serving their Caesar Salad, totally extinct. But lookie what I just found that looks just as good...

In the video, Mimi shares tips like leaving the leaves whole - and I think this looks so awesome when sharing it to family and friends. What I'm most excited about is the "parm cheese" recipe here! I've been wanting to try this. 

The only change I'm going to make is adding tempeh bits like Fresh used to do (rest in paradise Fresh Caesar Salad!)

I just discovered Mimi from Young on Raw Food through ilikeitpink blog and although I've never been too too interested in a raw diet, I feel I can incorporate more into it. I'm going to be following Mimi religiously and you should too.
