i'm doing the Self Magazine / Tone It Up Drop 10 Challenge with a girlfriend of mine. we are keeping each other super motivated, as is the TIU Twitter community.
so far, i've woken up for a 6:30am workout TWICE (out of 3 days, nice!), great to jumpstart my metabolism, thankyouverymuch!
my regime for the week:
Monday - HIIT + walking for 1 hour, 20 minutes
Tuesday - all over toning + skaters and other dancing around moves to keep my heart rate high
Wednesday - HIIT + a 50 minute walk at lunch
Thursday - all over toning + a 50 minute walk at lunch
Friday - walk for 2 miles at 5mph pace (on the treadmill) + out w/ the boy for a walk through a "provincial??" park... i won't let us walk less than an hour!
Saturday - rest day, so i'll do another walk w/ my family
Sunday - rest day, but i'll probably spot tone and walk!
what's in red is straight from the Drop 10 Challenge plan! the rest is my own little throw-in's. i sit too fkn much at work to think i don't need to pick up my activity level besides adding in those red workouts! and reminder.... VEGAS IS MAY 18!!! ya... so me... May 20th will be at Rehab. gulp.
the challenge has a lot of great HIIT workouts, which is my favourite part of the plan. you can sign up too, you know... jussayin...
