Being a bridesmaid doesn't mean the spotlight is on us, it does mean we're like a little picture frame for the gorgeous little bride though. April is the shower, May is the bachelorette in Vegas, and June is the wedding. I'll be donning dresses & bikinis & stomachs & legs & arms & I am really excited to look my best.
- Bootycall was a 20 minute walk
- Meal 1 was 2 toasts with almond butter & a coffee
- Meal 2 was blackberries & blueberries
- Meal 3 was a vegan tofu saag + 1/4 cup brown rice/lentil mix (tofu saag recipe from Skinny Bitch Cookbook) & some veg/lentil stew
- Meal 4 was veggies & hummus
- Meal 5 was roasted peppers & tomatoes & tomatoes (spiced) & more tofu saag again
- Evening workout was the Tone It Up arms Youtube video + 30 minutes cardio
- I'm going to add a 10 minute walk soon to makeup for the unfinished bootycall
