Some ways that the book suggests are:
- laugh out loud
- use good manners
- give positive reviews
- find an area of refuge
So I'll translate that to:
- laugh & sing & dance as much as possible
- speak highly of people to others & to them (which means taking the higher road sometimes)
- surround myself with things that make me happy & ditch the things that make me uneasy & crabby
- eat lots of foods that are proven to be "happiness foods"
- go to hot yoga (my refuse) & take time to read more!
