Ingredients
- 4 baby portobello mushrooms
- Tofutti garlic n herb cream cheese
- Spices of your choice
Directions
- Take off the caps of the mushrooms and scrape the gills too
- Bake on 250F for 10 minutes
- lend some cream cheese with the mushroom caps and gills with spices
- Take the mushroom caps out of the oven and out the mixture into the scooped part
- Bake again on 300F for 15 minutes
- Eat!
