Creamy Shroom Recipe





I asked for inspiration, what to do with these portobello mushrooms? My friend gave me this recipe. Just tried and ate it and loved it so much that I have to share! The pictures do NOT do it justice but I'll post anyways! It's all in the flavour.

Ingredients
  • 4 baby portobello mushrooms
  • Tofutti garlic n herb cream cheese
  • Spices of your choice


Directions

  1. Take off the caps of the mushrooms and scrape the gills too
  2. Bake on 250F for 10 minutes
  3. lend some cream cheese with the mushroom caps and gills with spices
  4. Take the mushroom caps out of the oven and out the mixture into the scooped part
  5. Bake again on 300F for 15 minutes
  6. Eat!
