My cousin, the cupcake guru, made these cupcakes with the vegan cupcake recipe I sent her (which I've featured on the site). Its a mini cupcake on top of a cupcake with a little cracker for the tail. And peanut butter icing! Totally vegan, because she wanted me to eat some. How sweet!
