I said yes. I said yes, let's go to the market. I said yes, let's play flag football even though I'm not a team sports individual. I said yes, let's go to dinner. I said yes, let's go downtown to some random nightclub even though I'm not convinced, I know we will have fun. I gave extra thought and care to the needs of my friends. I put in more effort to show that I care, with concerned texts. Authenticity, it is. But it's more of a concentrated effort. And all I can hope is that I am the kind of friend that I love having in my life.
PS. I only slept for like 3 hours last night and then had work so... Weird sentences? Forgive.
