i took chuck's collection of short stories, "Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs" with me to Ecuador to read in my condo while i drifted to sleep, to read in the sun while i sat outside, and to read on the airplane. chuck discusses the most random thoughts slipping out of his brain onto paper before he also drifted to sleep. maybe i should publish a book out of my nightly ramblings, bitch got paid!

he writes about pamela anderson, the real world, emo culture, the sims(!), classic rock bands making ensuring you feel a bit more inquisitive and clever. brilliantly, chuck takes the joke that we call "pop culture" and dissects it as if it's worthy, thus making it so! few others could take 90's - 00's pop culture and give it substance.
