All Inclusive Vegan Packing List

When we vegans head on vacation, we never know if we're going to end up feeling like we're starring in the Hungry Games. Especially to Cuba. Especially because we've been there before only to survive on bananas, cocktails and chips. I'm going back to Cuba in a few weeks (hopefully to a better resort), and THIS TIME, I am planning ahead.

With the help of these personally tested products, I will not go hungry. Again. Also, I will not get "blocked up" as I usually do on vacation!

Lara Bar - a purse/beach bag/breakfast essential!

I plan to mix this in with my black coffee
A scoop every night, mixed with water, and I'll be good by morning! Psyllium help keeps you regular :)

Yummy cookies that are individually packaged to keep fresh!

Tamari almonds, my latest addiction! PS. Protein

I'm also thinking of bringing ALMOND BUTTER on my trip... But what would I do with it? Considering, I will not be trusting that the bread is vegan...

Am I missing anything from my all-inclusive-vegan-essentials? Help!

Some great tips for traveling--I bring most of these, too (that's one of my favorite rice protein powders). And don't forget the kale chips! ;-)
