My boss is away for the next two weeks so I will have to be really efficient. We're actually a team so I have twice the workload.
- Everyday, half an hour before I leave I will right a new to do list
- In the mornings I will check emails, print off what I need, and flag what I must respond to
- New tasks, as simple as replying to someone will be added to the list
- If I am waiting for somebody to reply so I can complete a task, I write a little W beside it. (This makes the list less daunting)
- Last step, pray that I highlight more than add
- Repeat
I found this awesome To Do List on www.todolistblog.com. It's inspired me to make my lists way more fun than blue ink and yellow highlighter.
- Add colour
- Big headers
- Motivational quotes and images
