vegan dines: jack astor's

A girl's got to eat. Seriously, cannot survive on blood orange sangrias alone, or so my tummy rumbles told me.


I was originally going to go for the Jack's Big Baked Potato (sans butter, sour cream, grated
Cheddar cheese & bacon... and with olive oil, salt and pepper instead) + California Grilled Chicken Salad (without the chicken)... Instead I went for the JASMINE RICE! I'm not usually a fan of white rice, but this brought me back to the 90's when it was almost acceptable in my familia.

I kept taking the salad and putting it into my plain rice dish, and it made me so happy! I swear, I actually felt 12 again.
