Monday 
AM: Beach Babe 'HIIT the Beach'
PM: HIIT (Summer Sizzler from Self's Drop 10 Challenge) + Beach Babe 'Summer Arms'

Tuesday
AM: Full Body morning! Cowabunga Tone It Up routine! + pick a trouble spot


 PM: Yoga, yes! I'm starting to incorporate yoga into my routine. Posture yoga!


Wednesday
AM: Beach Babe 'Surfer Girl' workout
PM: HIIT (Inches Eraser from Self's Drop 10 Challenge)
+ YOGA ROUTINE FROM THURSDAY B/C I WON'T HAVE TIME TOMORROW!.

Thursday
AM: Beach Babe 'Sculpting'
PM: Yoga, same routine as above! - ADDED THIS TO YESTERDAY'S ROUTINE

Friday
PM: Self's Drop 10 Challenge 'Downsizing Duet'

Saturday
AM: Pick a trouble spot! I'm going to do an abs routine :) Probs Beach Babe Abs routine from the DVD
PM: Going to be doing a lot of walking and cheering at a Toronto vs. New England soccer game

Sunday
PM: Going to a daytime club party for a friend's bday so I will be walking/subwaying/dancing... Does that count for anything? Sureeee... #bumday
