8:40am: Banana, 1tsp Cashew Butter and 1tsp unsweetened carob chips and Coffee
10:30am: ZICO Pomberry
11:30am: Pear
12:30pm: Steamed collard greens and baby spinach with lemon, olive oil and garlic
1:30pm: Green tea!
3pm: Coffee
6pm: Sexy Sixer HIIT on the bike, Bikini Booty and stretching
7pm: Steamed carrots and asparagus with garlic, sea salt and olive oil and 4 triangle slices of tofu
7:30pm: The Skinny @davidstea
If I get hungry, I will have a few strawberries before bed :)
Doing my HIIT on the bike was a challenge for my cardio and my legs. I haven\'t cycled in ages! I pushed myself til the sweat was plentiful, the muscles were burning, the heart was pounding and bike was going to topple over. It\'s good to step out of your boundaries! Pssst... The only reason I did is I wore a sports bra I haven\'t I\'m awhile and it\'s not very supportive. So I was like treadmill? Effff that...LOL
