CHECK! Wednesday: HIIT (interval training on treadmill) + Long & Lean stretching
CHECK! + Long and Lean Thursday: Jog for 2.5 km's + Bikini Abs
Changing it up... running 2.5 miles instead so I'm not sore for tomorrow Friday: Jog for 1km + Bikini Arms + Bikini Booty
I am going to do the CN Tower Climb instead (1776 stairs!) and then a hike Saturday: Walk for 30 minutes + play wii ;)
Sunday: Hike for a few hours w/ a girlfriend
