bye bye spaghetti thighs

i'm a huge fan of tricking myself. i trick myself into waking up earlier for a 6am run. i trick myself into cutting myself off at the end of the night w/ a soda + lime. and i think my favourite so far, i trick myself into thinking i'm eating pasta.

with the help of my brand new spiralizer, i've been whipping up "pasta" dishes all week. so far i've tried it w/ roasted red peppers, cilantro, green onions and pine nuts. but TODAY's, featured above, was mixed w/ kale pesto and crushed raw cashews. that is all. that's right, a tone it up approved "pasta" dish for din!!!

i've come to the realization that...
pasta, consider yourself replaced.
