Sleeper Agent
Good band, Sleeper Agent. Im pretty sure I could be a band member, if only because I too am an agent of sleep. I could sleep 14 hours. I did when I was getting sick, but on daytime neocitran. I could sleep 14 hours right now, healthy as a horse. I don't know why I sleep so much or find it to be so difficult to wake up in the morning. I have two little dogs that are in my bed ready to give me hugs and kisses every morning, I have a BioBrite Alarm Clock that lights up like the sun for those dark mornings (mostly in winter). But I'm a snoozer. I hate it! Sleeping between 6.5 and 7.5 is ideal, as per recent article in Time. Over 8 and under 6.5 has been shown to shorten lifespan. Well wasnt I surprised to hear sleeping almost 9 is more harmful to health than sleeping less than 6. Seriously, I've got to change something here. The reason I want to wake up early is to jumpstart my..... Furnace... Each day. Body stays warmer, body burns more calories each day. That's the point! Oh no wait, the point is to gain more energy so that I can workout later in the day. Well, it will help wake me up for work and make me more alert too. Bitch, I wish I had an issue falling asleep. This lady cannot get the eff up. Burn.
