Tips: Gaining Energy

When summer is gone, we notice our energy dwindling. We want to take naps like little bears. Here's what we do to make it through the day with more energy.

  • Sleeping early
  • Taking my multivitamins and b12 and oil supplements
  • Juicing once per week, at least
  • Waking up early to walk with the dogs or run
  • Working out five to six days per week
  • Drinking coconut water daily
  • "Act the way you want to feel!"
  • Cranking my music just a little louder ;)
