Outstanding service & excellent job on the creative veg dishes @ Ki. Some of these tantalizing dishes are on the menu, some were custom whipped. I'd go back for the seaweed salad alone. I can't believe the texture of the seaweed! I can still feel it in my mouth if I close my eyes and clamp my teeth shut. Sea vegetables have 20x the minerals & nutrients than land vegetables.
