- Secret Weapon from David's Tea
- 11 hours of sleep, minimum, helps build the body build up immunity
- 6-12 drops of echinacea under the tongue, 2-3 times a day (I go for as long as I can without sipping water... Then take the tiniest sip)
- Eat oatmeal with honey (it helps soothe the throat)
- Oil of oregano (5-6 drops under the tongue up to 5 times per day) to act as an anti-bacterial in the throat
